The House Museum:

A house, a collection, a vision.

Casa Museo Renzo Savini was born from the meeting of a private residence, a collection and a cultural vision. It is the place where Renzo Savini transformed his imagination into a living space. Here, every room, every object and every juxtaposition preserves a trace of his constant research.

The house is not simply a container for works of art. Its rooms, light, large windows, furnishings and collection create an immersive narrative in which art, design, memory and nature coexist.

Preserve, curate, pass on.

Benedetta Savini is the contemporary face of the project. Creator, promoter and curator of the House Museum, she initiated the enhancement, cataloguing and opening of the collection to the public, transforming private memory into a shared experience.

Architecture

A residence shaped by light, materials and memory

In 1962 Renzo Savini commissioned architect Raoul Biancani to design the house. A residence built with a variety of materials, including exposed brick, masonry, wood, marble, mirrors and large windows. Here, natural light becomes an integral part of the experience.

The architecture of the house is in dialogue with the surrounding greenery and garden, in a private and quiet setting five minutes from the Two Towers and just a short distance from Giardini Margherita.
